Box Office Supervisor
Chetham’s School of Music & The Stoller Hall

Hours: 17.5 per week (0.5); 12.30-4pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 20 days per year plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Salary: £10,000 per annum pro rata; FTE £20,000 per annum

Chetham’s School of Music, the UK’s largest specialist music school, offers an unparalleled music and academic education to 300 students aged 8-18 in the heart of Manchester. In 2017 we opened The Stoller Hall, an acoustically outstanding, 482-seat concert hall, and we’re now seeking a Box Office Supervisor to lead on ticket sales, event set ups and agency/ promoter support.

The Box Office supervisor will lead day to day ticketing operations, processing customer orders, managing audience data, and liaising directly with promoters to set up shows, pricing, discounts, guest lists and agency allocations. The right candidate will demonstrate advanced experience of Box Office systems, scrupulous attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to consistently improve customer service and income generation.

Marketing Assistant
Chetham’s School of Music & The Stoller Hall

Hours: 17.5 per week (0.5). Specific hours by negotiation.
Holidays: 20 days per year plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Salary: £8,000 per annum pro rata; FTE £16,000 per annum
Scale point: 8-10

Chetham’s School of Music, the UK’s largest specialist music school, offers an unparalleled music and academic education to 300 students aged 8-18 in the heart of Manchester. We’re seeking an efficient and enthusiastic assistant to
support the marketing of the School and of concerts and events at The Stoller Hall, a superb onsite concert venue opened in 2017.

Working with a small dedicated team, the Marketing Assistant will be closely involved in student recruitment, concerts administration, event coordination and general departmental support, including direct communications with customers
and prospective students.

Hours 17.5 per week, to be worked within office hours and preferably across a minimum of 4 days. Specific hours can be agreed to suit the right candidate.
