Discover Chetham’s Lunchtime Concerts series

Escape your routine, take a late lunch and discover the musicians of the future with free music at our daily Lunchtime Concerts. Chetham’s students give concerts of outstanding quality in the The Carole Nash Hall in the breathtaking New School building.  Concerts can vary from a full-length solo recital to a sequence of shorter pieces by instrumentalists, vocalists or chamber ensembles.

Full details of programmes and performers are usually published approximately one week in advance.

Concerts take place at 1.30pm every weekday during term-time*, and last approximately 45 minutes.  Entrance is FREE and no booking is required.  We welcome contributions to a retiring collection, which helps to fund music activities across the School.

The New School Building is fully accessible, but we regret that refreshments are not yet available.
