After Chetham’s, Adrian attended Manchester Art College School of Architecture. He worked for Michael Hyde and Partners in Manchester from 1974 -1989, and the Manning Elliott Partnership in Penrith since 1989. Married twice, he has four daughters and at school played the cello – badly.
What was the best thing about your time at Chetham’s?
“I had a blast. Lovely small school with great teachers, during my time. We managed to get rugby teams out of 27 or so disparately untalented participants and by 6th form the 1st 15 could hold its own with any one apart from De La Salle!”
