Chetham’s School of Music is pleased to announce a free, one-day event for young guitar players, aged 9 – 17.
Come and join us for a full day of masterclasses, ensemble playing, and lively group discussions, led by a friendly, specialist team of Chetham’s tutors, students, and professional musical guests, including Rory Russell (Aquarelles Guitar Quartet) and Alexandra Whittingham.
Manchester Guitar Festival 2023 has been generously supported by The Granada Foundation.
This event is suitable for children and young people who are minimum grade 3 standard on guitar and are confident reading music.
