Support The Stoller Hall

Unforgettable live music moments

We want to create unforgettable live music moments for all our audiences, from the first sound to the last word, and so stepping into The Stoller Hall is like nowhere you have ever been before.

Our auditoria hold the very best sound and recording equipment, our technical teams are highly skilled professionals, and our studios and rehearsal rooms are designed to refine excellent musical experiences. We have the RIBA award and industry accolade to prove it! Our acoustics have set a standard described by Robert Beale from the Arts Desk as, “delivering the music as if every hearer is in the conductor’s shoes.” We welcome artists from across the globe and our adventurous programme ranges from classical and chamber, folk, jazz and contemporary music to spoken word, comedy and family events.

A huge part of our mission here at The Stoller Hall is supporting and championing emerging talent through diverse and exciting programming. Our recently launched Emerging Artists Scheme supports early career artists from a range of genres and backgrounds;  our Haworth Gallery showcases stunning visual works from University of Salford fine art students; and our very own Chetham’s students perform live in our free lunchtime concert series.

The Stoller Hall is also the home of our Creative Engagement programme, and each year we dedicate approximately 20% of venue time to Chetham’s school and educational activity for external education audiences. In the last 12 months we have delivered:

  • 51 in-school engagement opportunities
  • Three online workshops for schools
  • Nine community engagement opportunities
  • Eight concerts and eight workshops at The Stoller Hall

All free of charge.
