Holli joined the team in 2022 as Development Manager, with a focus on Trusts & Foundations.

She has been working in the arts for over a decade, having spent time at British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), British Film Institute (BFI), and more locally, the Royal Exchange Theatre. She has been a part of education, events, and development teams and knows from experience the value of creating meaningful moments between audiences and artists.

“I firmly believe that music and the arts have a responsibility to represent all voices. All too often talent can be hidden or undiscovered as a result of barriers to access, but here at Chetham’s my role is to remove those barriers and co-create inclusive spaces where young people can thrive.”
