Come explorers! Get ready to travel across the world to discover new tales and tunes exploring who we are, and where we come from, with musicians Vinthya Perinpanathan and Faz Shah.

Mini Music Adventures invites children aged 5–7 (and their grown-ups) to enjoy music from all over the world through interactive stories and music making.

About Vinthya Perinpanathan

Vinthya Perinpanathan is studying for a PhD in composition at the University of Manchester, looking at bringing Sri Lankan music to European concert halls, giving Western audiences a chance to explore sounds that they might not have heard before.

Vinthya also performs under the name ‘Vindya’, DJing and producing dark, fast and groove-driven techno. She enjoys exploring the similarities between the traditional music from her heritage and techno.
