David is tutor of bassoon at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and at the Douglas Academy. He regularly coaches the bassoons for the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland, and has given master classes at Wells Cathedral School, and the Royal Academy of Music Junior Department.
