A singing workshop for young people.
MDBrunch is excited to bring Deke Sharon back to Manchester, in partnership with Chetham’s School of Music, at the Stoller Hall.
Deke was the inspiration for and musical arranger of all the PITCH PERFECT movies and the TV singing competition that brought you the Pentatonix. Deke is also the musical mastermind behind DCappella, the Disney a cappella sensation.
In advance of this exclusive two hour session, you will be sent scores and part recordings from songs from the PITCH PERFECT movies so that you can sing them confidently in the workshop (in case you didn’t already know them backwards) and Deke can spend his time tweaking and polishing them. While working with you Deke, will also chat about his time writing, producing and being on the set of all three films and even teach you some advance sound production techniques to take your ensemble singing to the next level.
All singers aged 12-19 welcome and you’ll leave feeling like a Bardon Bella / Treblemaker.
