Join exceptional students from Chetham’s School of Music for a special concert of early music, performed in memory and celebration of recorder player, teacher and composer Alan Davis.

Alan – whose passion for Baroque period music was matched by his love of birdsong – was both a brilliant soloist and a member of many small Baroque ensembles, not to mention a dedicated member of Chetham’s School of Music’s woodwind department.

A memorial drinks reception will be held at 5.30pm, followed by the concert performance at 6pm.
